Reach Work is a subsidiary to Reach Plc and parent company to three specialist job boards in finance, law and secretarial sectors. Working directly with the sales & marketing directors at Reach Work, leading the re-design of the website, re-branding of the brand identity and digital marketing collateral. Refreshing the brands look & feel whilst helping to solidify their position as a major player in the recruitment advertising market.
The challenge
Following the corporate rebrand from Trinity Mirror to Reach plc, the business required a refreshed employer-facing identity to align with the new corporate direction. The challenge was to support the transition visually while maintaining credibility across a large national media network.
The challenge was to refresh the brand and fully redesign the website rebuild— creating a clear, user-focused experience that made a complex IP offering easier to understand, while supporting stronger conversion and enquiry.
