Guide Dogs Charity
Branding / Social Media / UX & UI
Partnering with The Guide Dogs Charity, a venerable British organization founded in 1934, dedicated to assisting blind and partially-sighted individuals through the provision of guide dogs.
The mission was to redefine and enhance the charity’s online brand presence and user experience. Embarking on an intensive process that culminated in a comprehensive set of social media guidelines and designs meticulously tailored to the charity’s unique needs. This endeavor was underpinned by a deep dive into analytical data, particularly from The Guide Dogs’ social media accounts, allowing us to identify and implement in-depth best practices for social media design and posting. Our goal was to ensure that each post was not only visually appealing but also strategically optimised, whether they were organic or sponsored posts.
After the successful completion of the primary social media report, I was entrusted with the redesign of various in-house Guide Dogs campaigns, including prominent initiatives like the Lucky Lottery Raffle and Sponsor a Puppy. Always going that step further by creating distinct brand guidelines and designs for each individual campaign, producing a lasting and unmistakable brand identity for every initiative. The aim was to not only elevate The Guide Dogs Charity’s online presence but also to leave an indelible mark on their campaigns, making them memorable and instantly recognisable.
